Shared Service

The concept of a Shared Service solution refers to the provision of a service by one part of an organisation or group where that service has previously been used elsewhere within the organisation. We borrowed the idea from here and use it to describe our own approach to IT services. We've looked at successful organisations and the way in which they use IT. We can bring the best practice to your own business.

When you should use this service?

You should use this service if you think it would be useful to have a dedicated IT department, but you simply can't afford one. This is for the times when you need immediate assistance with your IT requirements.

Why you need this service?

This service will provide you with a virtual IT department for your company.

It can be difficult to keep up with the changing nature of IT. But we have the necessary expertise to ensure that you don't have to. When you need help, you simply give your virtual IT team a call.

Is this service expensive?

No!

Although we've invested a considerable amount of money in bringing together a skilled team of IT consultants, we try to keep the costs down for our clients.

The amount that you pay will largely depend on how frequently you use our services. You can get in touch to find out more.

What is different from IT outsourcing?

IT outsourcing usually involves a single project. Here, you're getting us involved as a support service to deal with all of your IT requirements.
